Hi everyone, this page I want to share my reflection about this course. I hope you all can read 😊
I got many things that I learned from the class conducted. Firstly, from my learning experience in this course. I got many new things that, can I implement in my daily life or my future. I learned smart school, data logger, Stella simulation, adobe photoshop, creating video and learned how to create this blog. From that, I was learning that technology is easy if we explore it and with technology can convey information easily as we present our assignments via online.
After that, we got a group task that makes me improve the communication skill with other. My groupmate is Farah Anis, Nor Auni and Koh Wee Seng. The assignments in a group are smart school, data logger and Stella simulation. Smart school is first task for group assignment and before that, sir Azmi was have taught us about that. From that, we in the group divided by part to complete the task. This smart school is about the implement of smart school from the pilot test until now and it takes years to be implemented to all schools because they have an issue. If something that I do not know, I ask in the group and they give an idea to me and we complete the task well.
A second task in a group is data logger. The data logger is the technology that can give the data to us. We also divided the task and completely well. In this task, It is hard to get a title to do. All members give an idea and we discussed in WhatsApp group. Final title we want to do is heartbeat and after that, we do our work smoothly. Nowadays, heartbeat can get by using a smart watch that has sensor to calculate our heart rate. The implementation of data logger also we can see in laboratory to collect data easily. From that, we know the technology can help to collect data accurately.
A third task in a group is Stella simulation. In this task, we discuss about the advantage, disadvantage, cause using a simulation and simulation in future learning. From that, we divided the task and each member need to do the discussion on their variable of simulation. I need to find notes that have a point to explain why the variable changes become change in result. This task shows how the simulation helps to understand something and we just need the basic knowledge to understand it. It also helps in education for my future.
All group task, we complete the assignment and present it in class via google meet. In class presentation groupmate support each other in Question and Answer session. Another student asks questions to understand what we want to present and we make it clear with groupmate support.
I also got the individual task like using adobe photoshop, creating video and creating blog. Sir Azmi taught using adobe photoshop to build a header for my blog. To complete the task, I also ask to my friend which is Aina that know how to use the adobe photoshop. From that, I know how to use photoshop and complete the task that Sir Azmi want in the header. From my editing, Sir Azmi told me to adjust the image at the right and left to give a center for texts. I adjust the image and Sir Azmi accepted it.
In the creating video, Sir Azmi also taught in class how to making an interesting video. This task to make sure the video that we created is smooth when we see it because it have five elements multimedia which is text, audio, video, image, and animation. To edit the video, I need to take video smartly and get an audio to make the video interesting to see. Thank to Aina and Fara that give me to understand what we need to input in the video. I can use this video editing learning in our future.
Creating blog is the hardest task I think in this course, Sir Azmi was taught how to create a blog but we need to search extra knowledge to create a interesting blog. We need to upload all assignments in this blog and make sure the reader can read easily and the interface of the blog can make people read well. It is taking many days to creating this blog because I need to edit the layout and theme. My friend helps to get the HTML code for drop box at tabs. It is really hard to me because I need to test one by one to make sure this blog in good condition. I also make a mistake in the blog URL because I delete permanently my blog that have a URL that Sir Azmi need which is four digits last of my matric number. To get the URL back, I need to wait 90 days. I have sent this mistake to Sir Azmi via WhatsApp and continue with five digit number matric. Thank to Ain Faizal and Qistina to guide me in this blogger task.
This three task Sir Azmi explained well and we need to explore more to get more tutorial video about it. For this task, I like to use adobe photoshop as my image editing, but I need to explore more because it has more tool to create interesting picture. I also want to implement all that have learned in this course in my future.
Lastly, we learn in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) via google meet. Sir Azmi teaches us to discipline in time and after that we on time enter class. This also for our future to discipline in time. I want to thank a lot to Sir Azmi for teaching me, my groupmate and classmate to complete this course. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
